Salsa Babies offers a great workout, a chance to socialize with other moms, and an opportunity to introduce one's child to music and movement. Not to mention, it's perfect for people who have always wanted to learn to dance, but could never convince their partner to take lessons!
Classes are appropriate for babies approximately 6-8 weeks of age and up, as long as you are comfortable supporting your baby in a carrier for the duration of the class. All levels of fitness and dance experience are welcome.
Sessions offered through J'Adore Dance are now 12 weeks in length. This allows moms to gain confidence and progressively add more steps and challenge at an appropriate pace for both beginner and advanced dancers.
*Please note that this class provides child supervision for toddlers for and additional $5 per child per class, please indicate in the "Comments" section if you will be utilizing the child supervision*
Please note that there will be no classes on October 11 (Thanksgiving) or October 25 (mid-term break).
