My daughter loved Salsa Babies and got so excited when I would bring out the wrap to put her on but my favorite thing about Salsa Babies was how I got to wiggle my hips and feel sexy again after having my baby. Plus the music makes me think of holidays in the Caribbean! Can't wait to get back into it with baby number 2 in the fall!!

My first son and I did 4 sessions of Salsa Babies in St. Albert last year!! We loved it so much. The best part was it helped me lose the pregnancy weight really quickly, and my son loves the music and dancing. I'm hoping to do either Salsa Babies or Salsa Tots this year with our new little one.
