2pm NIA (a blend of dance, martial arts, and healing arts, all levels, ages 18+)
3pm Salsa Burn (latin dance cardio, all levels, ages 16+)
3:30pm Core Fusion Pilates (all levels, ages 16+)
4pm Fit Hop (Hip Hop cardio, ages 16+)
4:30pm Naughty Hottie (Ladies only, 18+)
