Shopping Cart
All the items that you have in your shopping cart appear in your order during Checkout. If you do not want to order all the items, simply edit your shopping cart and click "Update". When you click "Continue", we verify your credit card. Your order will not be placed and your credit card will not be charged if you do not click "Confirm Order."
Methods of payment
We accept cheque or money order, but must receive payment within 5 business days to maintain your registration. We will not ship any product until your payment has cleared. We also accept Visa and MasterCard. If we are unable to process your credit card, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly. Please contact us if you have trouble with a credit card transaction.
Please note: There will be a $30 charge for NSF cheques.
Credit Card Safeguards
J'Adore Dance uses a Secure Internet Payment Gateway to provide a secure environment for the authorization of credit card transactions over the internet. Confidential information, including your credit card details, is encrypted the moment it is transmitted from your browser to the banking network using industry leading 256-bit SSL encryption technology. Your unencrypted credit card details are not stored anywhere on jadoredance.com and the only company who has access to this data is our bank. The bank also sends confirmation information via the same encryption technology back to your browser. These secure processes are in place to provide you with peace of mind when purchasing online.
Tax policy
We are required to collect GST on registrations and items sold to customers in Canada. Our GST registration number is 829006964RT0001.
Registration Cancellation and Refunds
Registrations canceled before the first class are subject to a $25 fee. No refunds are given after the first class, however, we will issue credit valid for 12 months from the start date of the cancelled class. No refunds or credit will be granted after the second class.
Shipping
There is no extra charge if you would like to pick-up any purchased products at a class you are registered in. Please give us 2 weeks in order for the product to be delivered to your class. We also ship via Canada Post. You confirm the shipping charge at checkout.
